Medya is the premier medical diagnostic center in the Kurdistan Region and the first in greater Iraq to be accredited by the College of American Pathologists, providing international standard and quality diagnostic pathology and medical imaging services to the community.
Since October 2008, Medya Diagnostic Center (MDC) has offered full diagnostic services to the public and private sectors. It is positioned to be responsive to the needs of the health system, developing and implementing new tests and methods that are not available in the region. The laboratory and radiology units of MDC are situated in a state-of-the-art and purpose built 7000 sqm facility.

With a dedicated team of local and international radiology professors, consultants, and skilled radiographers, combined with state-of-the-art imaging equipment, we provide exceptional image quality across a wide spectrum of over 250 radiology procedures.
What options are available if I live far from MDC and cannot personally visit the center for a blood test?
We offer a convenient solution for individuals unable to visit our laboratory. Our fully equipped mobile team is available to collect your sample from your home, ensuring your convenience. Once the testing is complete, we will promptly deliver your results to you via email.
Can I access my medical records from MDC?
Yes! At MDC, our Laboratory Digital Information and Management System and Radiology Digital Information System enable patients to easily access their comprehensive medical records, including their complete medical history.

What are MDC's opening hours?
Medya Diagnostic Center's working hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM, Saturday through Thursday, and from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Fridays.
